Add Users to SSO-Enabled Organizations

This page contains information for legacy Threat Stack customers who log into Distributed Cloud AIP using If you log into Distributed Cloud AIP using F5 Distributed Cloud Services (F5XC), see User Management for information about configuring SSO in F5XC using Google, Azure, or Okta.

If you need to give additional users access to your F5 Distributed Cloud App Infrastructure Protection (AIP) organization, send them an invitation through the Distributed Cloud AIP platform.

Ensure the invitee’s email address in Distributed Cloud AIP is identical to their email address as entered in your IdP or the SSO will be unable to authenticate the user’s credentials.

  1. Log into Distributed Cloud AIP with your organization Owner account credentials.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Settings. The Profile Settings page displays.
  3. Click Users. The Users page displays.
  4. In the Invite Users section, type or copy and paste the invitee’s email address into the Enter email for invitation field.
  5. Select the role you want the invitee to have from the Role dropdown menu. For information about what permissions each role has, see Account Roles in Your Distributed Cloud AIP Organization.
  6. Click the Invite User button. The user receives an email with instructions on signing into your SSO to access Distributed Cloud AIP.
