How to Add or Update Billing Information

Organization owners and users have access to a Billing feature, which allows automatic Threat Stack monthly subscription charges to be processed directly through the Threat Stack platform.

To set up billing information:

Before beginning this process have a credit card and all associated information available.

  1. Go to left navigation pane > Settings > Billing.
  2. Click the Update Payment Information button.

    The Payment Information Configuration screen displays.

  3. In the Full Name field, type the full name on the credit card used for payment information.
  4. In the Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 fields, type the street address associated with the credit card used for payment.
  5. From the Country drop-down menu, select the country associated with the credit card used for payment.
  6. In the City field, type the city associated with the credit card used for payment.
  7. In the Postal Code field, type the zip or postal code associated with the credit card used for payment.
  8. In the Card Number field, type the credit card number used for payment.
  9. In the Expiration field, type, in MM/YY format, the expiration date of the credit card used for payment.
  10. Review the payment agreement.
  11. Click Update Information. Your next monthly bill automatically processes within the first five days of the month the service is provided.
